Cournale & Co. arranges customized, short-term real estate financing, assisting borrowers who are working on improving their credit or make needed improvements to their property. Property owners can also borrow against the equity they have in their property or seek “purchase money” financing to acquire real estate; both are additional reasons to pursue short term financing.
